Fatty acids
Elixi Flaxseed Crush contains 17 % fat, of which 59 % is omega-3 fatty acid, 14.9 % omega-6 fatty acid and 13.7 % omega-9 fatty acid. Omega-3 (alpha linolenic acid) and 6 (linoleic acid) are fatty acids that are essential to the body.
Lignan
