Chia seed crush is a fraction produced in connection with the cold pressing of chia seeds in Finland, which has been further processed into a crushed form. Chia seed crush is rich in dietary fiber and protein, as well as omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid). The crush also contains significant amounts of calcium, magnesium and iron.  

Chia crush absorbs a lot of liquid; therefore the product is recommended to be consumed mixed with liquid food.

Serving suggestion: 

1-2 tablespoons (10-15 g) mixed with yogurt (100-150 g), smoothie, porridge. Chia can also be used for baking. Try replacing the egg with chia seed crumbs in baking, to bind the dough.
