A peanut smoothie for two


This delicious smoothie is very suitable as a breakfast or for the craving for something sweet in the afternoon. The proteins of nut butter and linseeds keep the belly full until lunchtime.


2 tbsp of linseeds

2 sachets of Gastrobene

2 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter

2 dl of bilberries or raspberries

1 banana

3 dl of water


Put the linseeds and Gastrobene at the bottom of the blender and cover with water. Allow to rest for 5-30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
