  • 2 tbsp of linseeds
  • 2 sachets of Gastrobene
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 dl of bilberries or raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3 dl of water

A peanut smoothie for two

This delicious smoothie is very suitable as a breakfast or for the craving for something sweet in the afternoon. The proteins of nut butter and linseeds keep the belly full until lunchtime.

Preparation

  1. Put the linseeds and Gastrobene at the bottom of the blender and cover with water.

  2. llow to rest for 5-30 minutes.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
