With a mellow fresh porridge, the morning gets going like child’s play. The porridge, which is ready in a few minutes, is both filling and a delicious vitamin bomb.

In case of a hurried morning, the porridge can be made the evening before and put into a jelly jar into the fridge, for example, and taken with you when you leave for work in the morning.

1/2 dl cashew nuts

1/2 dl oat flakes

2 dl oat or almond milk

1 dl lingonberries

2 tbsp cranberry flavor crush

1 tbsp honey

A pinch of cardamom

Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blitz into a coarse porridge. Add more liquid or oat flakes if necessary.

Check the flavors and add honey if you like sweeter porridge.

Garnish with flavor crush and lingonberries.
