Ingredients

  • 1.5 dl maple or agave syrup
  • 6 tbsp virgin coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 5 dl organic oat flakes
  • Nuts according to taste, for example pecan and cashew nuts
  • 1 dl linseeds

Preparation

  1. Boil the syrup, oil and spices in a pan. Measure the oat flakes, nuts and linseeds into a large bowl. Mix the syrup mixture into the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture onto parchment paper on a baking tray. Dry the mixture in an oven at about 170 C for half an hour. Mix during this time. The muesli is ready when it is golden yellow. Allow the granola to cool down on the baking tray. Keep in an air-tight container at room temperature. Serve the granola with yogurt or oat milk and garnish the portion with your favorite Elixi flavor crush.
