Elixi Organic Flaxseed Oil 250ml

Elixi Organic Flaxseed Oil contains a very large amount of the omega-3 (alpha linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid) fatty acids essential for the human body. In addition, the oil also contains omega-9 fatty acid. Fatty acids are important building materials for cell membranes. In the body, alpha linolenic acid is converted into EPA and DHA fatty acids. Alpha linolenic acid (ALA) helps the cholesterol levels of the blood to remain normal. A beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 2 g of ALA per day.

Elixi® Organic Flaxseed Oil can be consumed as it is or by mixing it in yogurt, viili, fresh juice or berry quark, for example. For adults, a tablespoonful (8 ml) and for children, a teaspoonful (5 ml) per day. The oil can also be used in salad dressings, marinades and baking.

The product is not suitable for frying.
